Basketmouth has paid his final respect to his late mother who was buried on Saturday, November 26, 2016 in Abia State.
She passed away on October 3, 2016, following a brief illness, report says.

The comedian, now in an uplifted mood, took to Instagram on Sunday, November 27, 2016, to post pictures of the burial ceremony.
He was dressed in a white attire along with his family members.
“Goodbye Mum, you’ll live in our hearts forever,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, he had earlier put up this tribute for his mum:
“Last night my angel left me, my first love stopped breathing and it’s the deepest pain I’ve ever felt,” he wrote. Adding, “I love you for every sacrifice you made to make me the man I am today, I’ve loved you through the tough times. I’ve loved you through happier days and all I can say at this point is that I will love you forever. I will miss you mummy.”
