Nine Years On. I’m Still Waiting For Your Knock

Pastor (Mrs) Mary Oyebimbe Akomolafe.

It’s Been Nine Years…. And I Am Still Waiting For Your Knock On My DoorI

That day, August 31, 2007, you died and I somehow escaped.
The scars of that accident on my body remind me of the day I like to forget. The pain in the middle of my skull nudge me towards a rememberance of a day that shoudn”t have been. I have painted your pictures in my heart with the most beautiful colours in the world. But I am still waiting for your knock on my door. I am still waiting for those iconic words of yours, “Ora Olu.”

I have missed you for nine years, and even though I have felt the excruciating pains all day, I must pay tribute to you, Pastor (Mrs) Mary Oyebimbe Akomolafe.

And these are the tributes for her from Olumide Olugbemi facebook page
