All is set for the burial ceremony of Hon.(Mrs) Catherine Modupe Ogunsakin
Enoch Ogunsakin, one of her children, has described his mother as a pillar of support for him from cradle till when she gave the last bow.
He says “I’ll forever treasure the memories we created together”.
Mrs Ogunsakin was until her death a Commissioner in the State’s Teaching Service Commission.
The Governor of Ekiti, Dr Kayode Fayemi, was quoted by the Secretary to the State Government, Hon Biodun Oyebanji, during a condolence visit, described Mrs Ogunsakin as a diligent worker who gave her best to the administration and the state.
“She was a reliable and trust worthy patriot, who discharged every assignment given to her meticulously.
“We are here to convey the condolences of the Governor to you… She played her role well and left a good name”.
The funeral mass for Hon.(Mrs) Modupe Ogunsakin will hold at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cathedral, Old Garage, Ao-Ekiti while entertainment of guests at AB Hotel and Events, Olora Lane, Ado-Ekiti.
